Our Story

At Parampara Restaurant, we celebrate the rich legacy ("Parampara") of Indian culinary traditions, blending them with modern global elements to create a dining experience unlike any other in Georgetown, Guyana.

Founded by Mohan Kaki and Chandu Shaker, our kitchen bridges traditional clay oven (Tandoor) techniques and South Indian spices with creative fusion specialties, such as our signature "Naanzza" flatbread pizzas and Indo-Chinese creations.

Whether you're joining us for a family dinner, enjoying cocktails from our full bar, or joining us for our legendary weekend Banana Leaf Thali experience, every plate is crafted to tell a story of heritage, flavor, and innovation.
